inconsistencies restricted the number of obser-
vations used in specific models and prevented
the examination of multiple carcass quality
predictors simultaneously. With that said, this
research does suggest that carcass perfor-
mance predictors are important to buyers.
Improving the efficiency associated with con-
veying the genetic carcass potential of a bull
will further the cattle industry’s drive to
improve carcass quality.
