Orientation discrimination in WS 2

Orientation discrimination in WS 25

WS appears to be fractionated. This population are able to use image transformation
for mental size transformation, but are relatively poorer in completing a mental
rotation task.

If a number of factors constrain performance on a task, one must necessarily
consider the relative importance of these factors and the interaction between them in
determining any delay in performance seen in an atypical group. This study
demonstrates that a detailed analysis of the factors involved in task completion, can
result in a precise understanding of the underlying deficits that give rise to a specific
and deviant processing style.
