As is clear from figure above, there is a general improvement in all companies. Elfec, however, is
the company with the greatest improvement over the 4-semester period - its indicator is reduced
in more than 5 hours compared to its initial standing. Elfec ends the final evaluation as the best
company of the group in this quality indicator.

The second group has an allowed limit of 35 hours. The results are shown in Figure 3.14.
