datoritâ faptului câ România se aflâ în plin
proces de integrare în Uniunea Europeanâ iar
sânâtatea reprezintâ o prioritate la nivel mondial.
Specialistii în domeniu considerâ câ sectorul
sânâtate este unul dintre cele mai complexe si
dinamice sectoare ale economiei. Acest domeniu
a suferit numeroase schimbâri si în continuare se
aflâ într-un proces de dezvoltare si inovare, ca
reactie la o întreagâ categorie de forte: modele
sociale în schimbare, politicile publice, noua
tehnologie, cererea consumatorilor.

Un aspect important este legat de faptul
câ în prezent calitatea vietii, precum si speranta
de viatâ au crescut la nivel mondial, datoritâ
dublârii în ultimii 30 de ani a volumului
cheltuielilor pentru sânâtate în majoritatea târilor
dezvoltate. În statele dezvoltate din cadrul
Uniunii Europene cheltuielile cu sânâtatea ating
un nivel important ca si procent din PIB,
tendintele fiind de mentinere a fondurilor
ridicate alocate acestui sector. Uniunea
Europeanâ a investit si continuâ sâ investeascâ

performance of public organizations is
represented by the quality of the personnel,
because we can state that the efficiency of
the public services from the state
administration is determined by the quality

management are decisive in regard to
obtaining the efficiency of the administrative
system through resource management,
employee motivation, forecasting the future
evolutions and control of the ongoing
processes.

The importance and the role of human
resources in the organization, and, more
important, obtaining performances based on
human resources are known aspects in the
organizational environment.

p.285). The managers, who understand the
human behavior and its importance in the
organization, know and implement principles
of performance management, will be
rewarded through performance and
profitability of the organizations they direct.
