La tasa de inversion en investigation y desarrollo (I&D/PBI), el numéro de
investigadores por cada millon de personas (Res) y la disponibilidad de cientificos e
ingenieros fueron crecientes en los periodos de informacion disponibles. Finalmente,
la tasa de inversion (SINV) fue fluctuante alrededor de 20% para Irlanda y decre-
ciente para Finlandia.
