• Firstly welcome to you and thank you for coming to this group discussion. I want
to remind you that what you say is strictly confidential and nothing will be traced
back to you individually.

• So what we’re going to do is look at the characteristics of the type of person that
we may wish to develop, grow and change into, in short the type of person we
wish to become.

• Part of this is to do with us having a set of values personal to you that may be
good or bad, so what we will be discussing are what sorts of attitudes, dispositions
and values people demonstrate in their behaviour.

• The importance of the project

• You are the teachers, and I am here to listen and learn
